How it works
Members only, both ways.
Only members can post and only members can see who posted. That is what makes a room, a realtor, or a restaurant here different from one on a public site: you know the person is in the community, and so do they.

The same account you use everywhere on UNITI. One membership covers the household.

Post in two minutes
Title, category, city, a few photos, and how to reach you. Your first post is checked by a moderator; after that, posts go live at once.

Ads run 30 days, profiles a year
Rooms, rides, and things to sell expire after 30 days. A business or professional profile stays up for a year. Renew either with one tap.
The rules, in five lines
- Member to member only. Member-owned businesses may list a profile; outside businesses may not advertise. No paid or promoted listings, ever.
- Seven categories: rooms, rides, buy and sell, member services, the business directory, real estate professionals, and property.
- Real estate professionals show their licence number. A moderator marks it verified once checked. UNITI does not endorse anyone.
- Ads expire after 30 days; business and professional profiles after a year. First-time posters are approved by the moderator.
- UNITI is not a party to any deal between members and does not broker, lend, or advise. Meet in public, pay on handover, report anything off.
